  3. The pedal in the car is just sloppy just goes straight to the floor and the fluid is under the engine on the floor were the gear box fits on the engine
  4. Hi so I have a 2010 octavia scout The clutch pedal goes straight to the floor and there is a pool of fluid on the the floor So I assume the clutch has gone can this be easy done diy type or is it a garage job

The piston isn't to bad and there was no leaking it was sticking there is a slight ring around the piston ovs we're it must ov been sticking The piston boot was split so I have pulled that out thats wy I bought this kit Now don't have a boot replacement But the seal was good around the piston was ok

Hi I have skoda octavia scout 2010 Calliper needs replacing so I thought I would buy a piston repair kit 38mm Put in my car details a kit come up on amazon bought it but rubber boot that goes over the piston has a small steel ring in it the original one. The replacement I have does not have a ring in it and is 4mm smaller in diameter than the original So will not be a tight fit in the housing Any one else had this issue looks like I might have to buy the whole unit to be sure

Hi I have a 2010 skoda scout tdi estate I have just replaced both rear bottom suspension arms the ones that hold the spring in place springs are about 6 moths old I also replace the 2 special bolts and nuts and washers Now when I get bit speed say 40mph its like the back end is going to fish tail out on me very swayey when I hit a bump jesus it looses its self and some corners I have gone around the back wheels have lost traction on tbe Road what am I missing or what is the issue

  11. Since this fault mpg has gone poor Driving is 14 miles a day till the weekend then out and about And think its 135000 And yes its just started I have the rac might get them to do a scan

Hi all I have a 2010 scout 2.0pd Every time I change gear at about 15000 revs driving normal car splutters and Jerks then is fine I sit about 70 to 75mph and splutters on like a spark plug has gone But if I drive it hard when changing gear cant feel it as much We have a small fault finder it says heater plug out but its said that for a long time and car starts fine Any thoughts thanks
