  1. Mine is 2016 estate with 1.2 petrol engine. Bonnet is the same as yours. Tell dealer you want that part. How much money they ask? I bought mine from Ebay few years back for something like £35 delivered.
  2. 6V0863831 what's a part number for bonnet sound proofing panel you want. Mine came without, so I bought it myself. Easy to put in and came with clips. Did not notice much difference in noise levels tho. I would say save the money.
  3. I would say turn up the music and save yourself £50
  4. I am registered there. Never noticed that menu on the left hand side before I thought updating service history would be accessible for garages only. So I pay 7 euros and can add anything to service history myself? Sounds little bit dodgy. I remember then I bought a car sales guy said you don't get paper service book because online is safer and prevents fraud.
  5. All sizes should be the same. If you get bigger rim the tire will be lower. Not sure how much wider can it be. I have 185/60 15" fitted.
  6. Your paint code is LF9E. You can get paint from ebay, just type code in.
  7. No need for a dealer. If you reset service schedule by pressing 0.00 button it will change to fixed itself.
  8. https://erwin.skoda-auto.cz/ 7euros for an hour to access repair manuals. Plenty time to download them all.
  9. I haven't done this job myself, but there is no mention of locking pin on the transmission in the service manual.
  10. I don't believe there is a lock on these transmissions. Just make sure gearbox is in neutral by pressing selector lever down. It will pop back up into it's home position. Next loosen the cables, put the nail into the holes and reset the cable tension.
  11. Happened to me twice. It never broke at full force, just a little kick on pedal. First time I was coming to a standstill traffic on left lane and was drifting to empty right lane. Radar probably picked up a corner of the car in front and freaked out. It felt like ABS activated on one wheel for a split second. Second time was a mystery to me. I was approaching roundabout, no cars around and suddenly it beeped and kicked on the brake. I have no idea why. Woke me up
