  1. I am referring mainly to the tire noise, not the engine, and windshield noise + side mirror noise. I remind you that I test drove 18" alloys. I do not know what is yours, maybe that is the difference. but as I posted in the clip, others are saying the same, I just posted the clip in order to better explain what I felt/heard.
  2. I felt exactly what this guy is saying at min 7 and min 19
  3. yea i really want the car but this noisy :(... anyway large wheels has also the Superb and there is no way this noisy, curious also about others opinion, specially 18inch wheels and not only of course
  4. Hi, Wanted to have your opinions regarding the subject. I test drove two models: 2.0 TDI DSG 150PS and 1.5 TSI 150 manual both with alloy wheels 18” Bridgestone Turnaza and I noticed very high noise from rolling I mean unexpected ... I am comparing with a Rapid 1.0 TSI 110 PS with 16” Nexen tyres and I find the Rapid much quieter. Seems very odd and wanted your opinion on this aspect. Thx,
  5. Hi guys, Just wanted to ask if anyone knows when this engine 190 tsi 4x4 will go on sale ? thx
  6. Known issue but unkown solution... think it is a software glitch since it resets without adding any fuel or even opening the fuel cap... and doesn't matter if it s up/downhill it just resets from time to time... my guess is that all Superb owners have this issue but the majority don t check it and they never find out that there is an issue.
  7. Ye but engine is more than 50% of the car ... pleasure of driving... the optionals you will use from time to time just partly... ofc your call hard one for you easy for others.
  8. Can t you go TSI lower trim before L&K ? You spend less for the company also.
  9. I can tell you for sure Dcc in sport does NOT equal with the sport suspension... i had two superbs first one a 190 diesel with dcc and now 220 tsi with sport suspension and progressive steering and it s like two different cars for the better in favor of the Tsi... from sound insulation to driving experience so if you don t do off road sport suspension is perfect at least for me it is. Good luck,
  10. I have progressive steering and sport suspension and worth every penny... these two optionals were the two missing ingredients for this car to be perfect :). handles very nice low input to steering and high response so lower effort to drive harder, easier to steer to a twisty road and ofc because of the suspension no more boat ride... just perfect and you don t feel it hard at all and i have a small kid so i am careful with these things.
  11. Another 220 TSI consumption... air con ON non stop
  12. Thats funny ... i think you have some extras that probably are not in stock at the factory right now and that is why yours it s delayed so much... i ordered mine (also a 220 tsi) on 17th of march and it is due to arrive next week, so in month and few days from the order, the car was already produced... strange takes so long...
  13. When you push mode buttton the display should read a menu showing something with the abreviation DCC in it and you should have one more mode to be set up i think confort which you don,t have without DCC.
  14. In France can you order the 220 tsi dsg ? Strange i ve seen in Ireland also, at least that is what the configurators are showing that no matter the trim you cannot order the 220 tsi dsg... also italy the same, really strange.
