Skoda Rally Cars have spanned the decades and were really popular during the many years of Skoda Challenge.. Many now seem to have simply disapeared. I and my friends have 5 Favorits... Where are all the rest are they rotting away in forgotten storage locations or are they being covetted in private collections.. What does anyone else have out there?

Looking forward to seeing her painted. Lots of hard work put into the bodyshell so far, it is a credit to you.

Great project. A lot if hard work is going in to this. It would be good to know from other forum members what repair panels are available, for the underneath in particular.

Replacement body panels. I am restoring two Ex Skoda Challenge Favorits. Both are fundamentally strong but the forests have taken their toll on the floorpans and chassis rails. Looking like we will be able to get one up and running with minimal body work, looking like a couple of rear arches and some tidying up on the floors.. The second one needs to go back to a bare shell and a lot of TLC... Where are the best places to source replacement panels and for those not in production has anyone got anything in stock secondhand? If someone is breaking a Favorit are the floorpans likely to be rotten or are the road cars quite strong there? Kindest regards Simon

Does anyone know the correct colour of white for the works Skoda Favourite. There appear to be two whites: White Pearl White Swan Mines has a tiny of cream, I would like to put it back to original spec... Kindest regards Simon

Hi I have just bought Skoda Favorit Rally Car: A13FAV I believe it used to be: L910ORP And possibly: MBH - 82 - 07 I think it was owned by Steve Westbury then Carl Stevens.has anyone any photos or history about the car? Also does anyone know where the VIN is stamped in to the chassis? Kindest regards Simon

Thanks Felicia 16v. I am trying to keep it as straight forward to maintain as possible as it will be doing mostly demonstration stuff. But any group A stuff would be of interest. At the moment practical spares would include 98pcd wheels and anything mechanical that might be unique to a MK1 Favorit. Kind regards Simon
