Is it same for all kinds of skoda cars and aftermarket radio?
Maybe it is different from other aftermarket radio.
I have replaced the stock radio with an aftermarket radio seicane S081690 together with the headunit, gps, dvd etc., it is basically a plug and play.

Does your original stereo comes with Aux input? Usually the Aux input is integrated in the stereo radio gps navigation system , you don't have to add extra aux cable. If you don't have aux , maybe you can consider to ugprade the factory stereo, many manufacturers like seicane produces such stereo.

I think maybe you can contact the aftermarket dealer to get a refund of it if it doesn't work and then you can try to get another one.

The bluetooth usually is integrated to the In-dash stereo radio with gps system etc. so I think if you want to add the bluetooth module, you may need to upgrade the entire In-dash stereo radio with gps system. There are a lot of such aftermarket electronics product online such as the seicane S30901.

Maybe you can contact the dealer of your car, hope you can find it soon.

I think you should create a new playlist when the phone is connected, would you like to have a try?

You can set the usb connecting option as 'charge only', then it won't affect the phone's other connection. Hope it helps.

Is the winter/summer tire is better than other types which runs all year? On which part? I may replace the tires for my car too.
