Mines the se technology not that it makes a difference, when did you get yours? I noticed it straight away as I was in the passenger seat, quite annoying and I decided to drive instead.

Didn't come with mats but dealer gave me a small discount so picked them up from there, just over £40.00 so not too bad.

Collected my Superb 2.0 dsg hatch yesterday, all good apart from coming back down the A1 noticed some wind noise when sitting in the passenger seat, don't notice it when driving, mainly at motorway speeds. anyone else notice this and had it fixed? I'll take it to my local dealer soon but have a feeling it will be one of those things which they'll never get to the bottom of, had a simliar issue with a Insignia which was made a bit better but never fixed. Missing my lexus IS300 already(gone 24 hrs) can really tell the difference in build quality, in 2 years of ownship not a single shake, noise, rattle or creak.

Cheers, I'll just buy a set from the dealer when I collect, might get a discount I could have mentioned it after doing the deal but as it was a leased car and I got a decent rate I didn't want to push it too far. My Lexus came with original decent ones without asking, and a full tank of fuel, again without asking. Even Vauxhall when I picked up wife's car didn't put original ones in but a cheaper third party alternative for free, they were fine.

I'm picking up my leased Superb 2.0dgs Tech shortly, I didn't tick the £75 odd box for Mats as every car I've ordered has them as standard. Did your car come with mats included or did you have to ask for them? I forgot to mention mats when I was doing the deal, if the dealer doesn't throw them in or discount them I'll pick some up on the internet, any recommendations?

With new cars, are the first service cost the same if you have fixed or variable service plan?

I know Audi tend to use red and vw mainly blue with some red, what colour are they on S3 . I tried to find night pictures but difficult to tell, I've got the tech version coming so don't have the ambiance lighting. The limited pictures I've found seem to show it as white lighting, does it look ok or is it a bit dull and dated?

That's a bit of a worry, I've never given them a second thought before, had them in serveral cars. ive had them added as an extra on a technology edition but only the front, also the tech has less bits i.e. No tv, rear seat heating so might be ok, ive almost always have them on in my current Lexus IS300h. Think I'm going to miss that car!! I've never had a flat battery since about 1990.

Why is this? I've ordered heated seats, is there a problem with them? All the cars I've had they just work, you don't have to remember to turn them off do you?

Yes, I noticed this. I was going to go for grey but noticed it had a green shade, more noticeable in certain lights, certainly looked it on screen. Ended up ordering Metallic black, not sure I did the right thing!

Mine arrived early also, ordered mid November, dealer holding until first week of march. Seems most cars coming in 8 weeks rather than 14 quoted.

I managed to get an order in just a day before the November price rise with a Skoda dealer for a 2.0 dsg tech, it was £209 inv vat pm with 6m advanced payment, a day later and it was about £40 pm more, still good price. Everything leased has gone up and I couldn't find anything to give me 2 years of use for £6k. Makes no sense to buy as it will depreciate more than that in 2 years. I'm handing my current car back early as the agreed mileage is reached and they'll accept 50% of the remaining payments ex vat, it works out the same as the excess mileage charge so handing back early cost no extra.

I'd look at the Lexus IS300h, I've got one and they are great, I'd love to get another but the lease rates are not as competive as last year, hence why going for the cheaper Surperb. With it being a Hybrid you'll find the bik is low, plus you'll get most of the toys as standard, Xenon, full decent leather, keyless start, heated seats etc. Its as very very refined and well built car.
