Well it hadn’t reappeared since I made the original post. Drove back from Spain yesterday, this morning hit ‘work’ (sadly) in Google maps and it is back! Got a photo this time.

I’ve never used the ŠKODA Nav other than an attempt when I first got the car. Struggled to find the destination and then gave up and used the phone ever since. That is exactly how it looks though.

As far as I am aware, ever since I have had the car(about 1 year) I have always done the same. Set navigation in Google maps. Sometimes connected by cable and sometimes bluetooth. I had never noticed it in the small map until last week, but now it has gone again. I don't believe I have changed any settings to make it appear or disappear. Whilst it was working it was doing as you describe and had the next direction at the top of the map and the ETA and distance remaining at the bottom. It isn't a big issue. I've managed without for 11 months but that little taste during this month has made me wonder.

I only ever use Google Maps for the Navigation in my car (UK 73 plate Superb SE Technology) Last week or so, when driving, on the dashboard I could see the approximate ETA and the distance remaining. It appeared in the circled area, just above the trip. As far as I am aware I made no changes to make it appear. Today, it is gone. Again I don't recall changing anything as I always have the display looking like this with the dial each side and the map in the middle. Any ideas?

I've struggled to find the answer before. The Eurolites branded deflectors simply do not have the headlight pattern on my 73 plate SE Technology listed. When I went abroad in Easter I fitted them as per 177 in the photo (beam for Octavia Full LED 07/2020 on, Kamiq 2020-2024. However when I looked more closely only the outer two lights are on when beam is dipped. When I travel next week I will be fitting them as per 180. This is apparently the beam pattern for an Audi Q4 but we shall see.

Has anybody travelled abroad with the LED lights? I had hoped there was a way to select driving on the right, but this may just be for full matrix lights. My headlight pattern does not appear in the Eurolites packaging. None of the Superb lights listed are even close. The most similar I can find is those listed for the Octavia Full LED (diagram 177 attached). Does anybody have any insights here? I did fit them like this in the summer and got flashed a couple of times in 2 weeks, but unsure if this was because the lights are just bright rather than being poorly adapted.
