I had this exact same problem...and the fix is not as easily spotted...although its quite silly!! Using the 2nd pic above from Gizmo68....it looks like it you scroll done (green line on right of pic) that it is missing some options!! The option for ambient lighting is in the middle. Press the screen in the middle of where this line scrolls down and a few extra "hidden" options are highlighted. I had a post running here and couldn't figure this out....went to the dealer to complain and he showed me in 2 seconds. I felt a bit of an idiot but at least got it sorted!!!

Yes...I have the strip on all doors and across the dash. Currently it's red at night

This is still not sorted...called to the dealer...but he didn't know much about it...so at the moment I do not have the option to change the colours on the strip lighting

Just went out and had a look...No option under the "LIGHT" setting. it should be available here in Ireland...The strip is definitely there and lights up red at night....and it was also advertised on the Irish Skoda website as been available on the Sportline. A trip to the dealer after work I think...although I'm fairly sure they won't have a clue!!

Regarding the above....I do not seem to have the option on my screen for "Background lighting" Could this require a software upgrade or something? The ambient strip lighting definitely works as its red once the lights are on in the evening...but I do not have the option to change this. See attached picture of options I only have when I press the CAR button...then the SETTINGS button.. Any ideas???!!!

Hi All, I have the Sportline and I'm having a bit of bother figuring out how to change the Ambient strip lighting around the dash / doors that can be changed to one of 10 colours. It's constant on Red Couldn't find a topic in this forum......any help appreciated!!! Thanks!

That's pretty much what I'm thinking as well!! I think I'm more curious to see if it can be got in Ireland as an option. Either way....I paid for it and I'll get something back for it

Hi All, Picked up my Superb Sportline 190 Hatch yesterday from the dealer. I had specced and paid for a rear wiper but it turned up with no rear wiper. It's been looked into but now it's been said that a rear wiper is not actually an option on a Sportline model. I'm pretty certain that it is...plus I've already paid for it! Can anyone in Ireland comment on this and advise how to proceed?? I love the car...but a little annoyed about this. Thanks!

No charge for Red over here in Ireland as it is non-metallic. Currently have a sportline on order in Red...so now maybe I was lucky to get this!!!

Welcome! I'm new here myself and have learnt loads in the short period of time I've been on the site! Very nice wheels on that!!

I haven't driven on 19's but I've had 18's on my current car for the last 6 years and never had an issue. Sure there will be a difference but as Sportline Bri mentioned above.....it's not massive...and the "sport" suspension is not exactly rock solid. So I think it should be OK. To be honest I hated the standard 18 Zeniths that come with it...and the only other option was the 19" Vega's...which look pretty good. So hopefully they drive as good as they look!!!!!

No idea on lead-time yet but In was given an estimate of approx. 10 weeks...but may improve once the new year builds that were ordered prior to Xmas start filtering through. So I'm kinda thinking the end of March.

So...an update!! Finally bit the bullet and have my 1st Skoda ordered! Went with the Sportline Hatch 190 in Corrida Red. I was happy enough with what comes with the car so wasn't too interested in extras. The only extra I ordered were the upgraded 19" Vega Alloys and a rear wiper as well as a query for an alarm...which I'm not sure is even an option! Now the wait begins!!
