  1. I have a 4x4 Yeti and as its my toy I want to give it a more rugged off road styling update but haven't found any stuff to do it, has anyone else done this a added bull bars, lifted suspension/snorkel, extra lights and roof rack? I love the car and is cheap on insuring/tax compared to my old Jeep so would love to make the mini beast look like it can really go offroad.....also thought of having a wrap too to change the colour which is the ****ty brown colour which hides the mud great but would like a change. I got the car cheap off my father in law with 9000 miles on the clock for £7000 which i think is a bargain? its also automatic and it will be a keeper for sure. he has since bought a horrible Toyota Aygo......he can't even see out of the rear windows due to the dark tint....horrible little car. So if anyone has any links to companies selling Yeti addons they are most welcome and if you have done your own I would love to see photos for ideas.
  2. What a beauty! you lucky sod. don't get it dirty Cheers
  3. Wow that does look beautiful! love that colour.........there's a guy local to me who has an Octavia same colour etc and really does stand out. It must be lovely being able to drive a nice clean car, we live up a VERY muddy farm track and the main roads are covered in S*** hence reason we had the Yeti in a ****ty brown colour to blend in lol
  4. Just spotted a beautiful white dog in the house window what sort is it? we have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who has similar big lugholes sorry off topic but I love dogs. I`m not a big fan of white cars but your Fabia looks great..... the Black bits really make it stand out Brian Blimey that`s expensive but hopefully your insured? our Hamish had his left knee replaced at a place near Newcastle (bit like supervet`s place) and that was around £4000 fortunately we always have good insurance BUT his right one is playing up now and after the last one the insurer refused to cover anymore joint issues but if he needs sorting then we will have to do so. My wife was looking at your photo and she guessed Bichon Frise. Aye black cars and mud are terrible, my Goldwing was black until it arrived here and now its sh**y brown lol

  6. God help us if the Wee Jimmy Krankie lookalike gets her way!
  7. Looks lovely........oh how i wish we could keep our cars so clean and shiny BUT we live 1/2 mile up a farm track covered in mud and the main road isn't much sodding better. We got the Yeti for the mud and looked ok mud splattered but our new Focus st and fabia mk3 show every bit of much grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr drives me mad lol Brian
  8. We haven't had any look regarding the head unit, I was wondering if one of the other factory fit Skoda head units would fit into the 2016 Fabia our Yeti headunit takes CD's but not sure if it would fit into the Fabia. I'm getting my new Focus ST Estate in a couple of weeks and the stereo in that is pretty with sat nav etc and cameras so plenty of toys to play with. I will still be able to play in the Fabia though.
  9. That`s a lovely looking car you have there! the green really suits it, regarding the black roof is that wrapped or painted? Think it would suit my father in laws blue car along with the black alloys that are superb, one day we might inherit the Fabia so thinking ahead lol. We have a 15 Yeti at the moment but dare i say replacing it with a new Focus estate next month, the Yeti is nice but I personally found it very uncomfortable as a passenger (not bad as the driver) but the handling nearly shook my fillings out on the crap roads we have here. The blue Fabia is a 16 1.2tsi 110ps auto SE Hatch and as my Yeti has the same engine it seems to motor on pretty well......no wonder you guys like them and nothing like the old Skodas of the 90`s lol. Cheers Brian
  10. Will do Ryan and thank's for checking them out Brian Its actually my father in laws car but he doesn't do computers so wants to play his CD's instead.....trying to keep things simple for him as he's in his 80's lol I have a Yeti.
  11. Hi, Is it possible to fit a aftermarket cd/radio head unit in a 2016 Fabia mk3, it has the built in stereo that doesn't play CD's. If so can anyone tell me what I need to fit one and any tips on fitting/models etc to look for.....also want to keep steering wheel controls for the stereo. Cheers Brian
