  1. https://www.starcarslondon.co.uk/cars/skoda/fabia/1.4tsivrsautoseq5dr/401723/0
  2. 180PS (Pferdestärke) or 177.5 BHP in old-fashioned terms.
  3. Good little town, Accrington - paid it a few visits (football related). I hope all is good with the car as they are great fun - think the estate is better proportioned (and I had a hatch).
  4. The VAG one you buy online, so there’s no salesperson involved. I agree it may give a false sense of security.
  5. Shocking, Sittingbull - you’ve been treated appallingly. I can only hope someone at SUK with a sense of fairness intervenes.
  6. I used to think so but after reading some of the stories on here... Unless it’s a vRS I certainly wouldn’t bother.
  7. I like the Potenzas as well - and I live somewhere a little wetter! Certainly far better than the Dun(p)lops that came with the vRS - traction light flashing up was a regular occurrence - think I’ve only managed it once or twice in the Polo.
  8. Saw a new Polo in the flesh at Arnold's the other day (not a GTi) - very noticeably bigger than the 6R / 6C.
  9. One of these would have suited me nicely but Polo'd up now. Assume there isn't even room for a space-saver?
  10. While the Lupo is quicker 0-62 and top end (which is irrelevant unless you’re on a track) I’d imagine the Up will pull better mid-range due to it having more torque.
  11. Apart from being slower - progress... No doubt it will have a glovebox and boot light though .
  12. Thought you might have traded the vRS in for something more commodious - you notched up a decent amount of miles (in approx. 12 months?) and assume they were enjoyable .
