Hi. In the end I just put the CD in as a normal CD - it took about 2 hours to do its stuff. The CD then ejected and radio, player and phone working fine now. My satnav didn’t update but that hasn’t worked for several years and I use Carplay for directions. You will need a good car battery as that was why my CD didn’t work on the first attempt.

Thanks so much for your advice with this. I tried again and the software has updated. Sadly, the satnav still puts me in Germany - but that has been a long term problem. My media player and phone are now fine. Much appreciated.

Jonnyhatesjazz70 Hi. My CD arrived but when I put it in CD player on Columbus I get a message saying invalid clamp state and to change to hour mode or press any of the menu buttons to continue. Did yours boot up automatically or should I be connecting a laptop please?

Hope it works for you. No, the SatNav has not worked for years, when it started directing me from Germany, every time. The radio and CD player worked fine. I parked the car for a couple of hours and when I turned it on, all was German, with no sound. I tried a reset but it just jammed up.

Did the disc work please? Exactly the same problem has happened to my system today.
