Sorry to dray this up years later, but I can only get the turn signal as parking light to come on with light switch in pos 1 or 2 not off, is that right? I wanted them on when lights off as a running light. Any tips gratefully received.

Sorry to drag this up, but I've fitted the ebay switch and sensor to my pfl which works fine but I would like ch/lh lights. Could anyone help me with the sequence of turns to activate it please?

I also noticed that the dash light came on as soon as I plugged in sensor and it made the confirmation beep.

That looks like the switch i used on my 2010 FL, have you got 10 wires in the switch connector, if not you need to add 1 going to the main controller, there is a post somewhere on here that gives the pin numbers, also have you got a rain light sensor? 

Hi, I bought items, auto switch and light sensor control unit the same as T2000 did and his was plug and play no extra wires. Car doesn't have factory rain/light sensor.

Hey fellas, I've recently bought these but can't get it to work. My car is 08 pfl and with both items plugged in all I get is constant dipped headlights in all positions. 

I have emailed the company the switch came from because it moves to dipped position but not quite all the way and doesn't "click" into position, they should hopefully send a replacement soon and I'll try that but if it doesn't work have you had to do anything for yours to work or just plug and play?

Swapped to brembo pads and have never had this problem since.

Hi guys, this might be a bit lazy and I've honestly tried the search function but could anybody point me in the right direction to some instructions to retrofitting auto lights to my pre FL mk2 Octavia, also the possibility of getting the lights to come on when I unlock the car with the remote.

When braking a bit sharply or firmly does anybody experience their brake pedal being hard like there's no vacuum in the system? I get it sometimes if I have to brake a bit suddenly like on the motorwayand there's suddenly a bit of traffic infront.

Wondered if it was a characteristic of the vehicle or there's a common theme and I need a new vac pump. No hissing noise if I hold my foot on the brake pedal.
