  1. Have a heated windscreen thats stopped working. No visable damage to the windscreen. control panel light switch comes on for heated windscreen . Engine compartment Fuse F11 40Amp Low JCASE fuse is OK. Can't find which Relay needs checking . there are 11 to choose from. Help please.

  3. Yep still a problem downloaded the P350 again from Skoda portal. Seemed to unzip ahain without problems . But failed at 82% and reverted to P330. Do I wait for Skoda to get it right? or try other VW or Audi downloads. I only want Western Europe not Russia or Rest of world. Do you have a link for the VW download and is it newer tha the Skoda P330 week 23 I think Sorry I don't understand all (backend SWDL menu that you have to enable with VCDS / Obdeleven etc. I ) stuff Thanks for the updates PS formatted the 128GB USB stick NTFS default allocation size Is it worth trying FAT32(Default) I expect it makes no diferenve
  4. I've downloaded the latest map updates for my Kodiaq never had a problem in 6 years updating. When I unzip it I get 17 errors . Is this OK ? Used 2 different unzip program both the same and down 3 new downl;oads of the unzipped files polite suggestions please
  5. Does anyone know if updating my Columbus H50 software 0942 will add options to accept or reject Dynamic Guidance options which I currently don't get. See my pictures. I have the latest maps available downloaded. I Have TMC enabled. When using Dynamic Guidance I cannot select the options to " Manual" "During route guidance you can choose whether you want to divert around the reported traffic problems along your route." Does anyone else have this issue and does the latest Firmware / software ?1433 =MIB2 sort this. Any help much appreciated
  6. Thanks I thought that might be the issue. The Dynamic Mode is sort of useless unless you can see the recommended change to the route, and choose to accept or reject it. So if the Dynamic is turned off,and there is traffic problems on my route do i have to do anything? Like click on the problem and it will give me diversion options? Sorry for being dumb, but it's not something I see on my normal daily commutes. It only occurs when on long distance travels usually abroad.
  7. My problem is with the Columbus Infotainment navigation settings. Traffic program (TP) & Dynamic route - recalculation due to TMC traffic notifications. When I set a route to my destinations when a traffic TMC notification comes through I just get rerouted with no options to accept or reject the rerouting. Have I got my settings wrong? Should I turn off Dynamic route. If I do this do I get the manual options to reroute with the SAT NAV showing me the proposed new route so I can choose. .

  9. Have 17 plate Kodiaq SE L TDI SCR 4x4 SA Pirelli Scorpions Done 27,450 miles swapped tyres around every service . still about 4mm tread left.
  10. Is anyone else have a quality problem with a 2 - 3 year old registration plate. I have number plate that was made by Bestplate fitted by the main dealer from new. The numbers are starting to separate for the number plate from top to bottom so that it lets rain run through. Seems to me its a quality problem.

There is a known issue within the ŠKODA Connect App when using Trip Planner and sending destinations to the vehicle. This can show up as Licence Expired, even when it shows the services/subscription is active. The response from ŠKODA factory is that this will be resolved in the new App Update version 3.1.5 which is due on 19 September 2019. I hope this information proves useful.   12. I have a problem with Skoda Connect on Android Phone. I am subscribed to both CARE CONNECT: PROACTIVE SERVICE and INFOTAINMENT ONLINE. Most of it works just fine but the Trip Planner on the Infotainment tells me my license has expired, but I just renewed it. It will not export trips or new destinations to the car. It's the most useful part for me pre-planning holidays etc. Whats more annoying is it works OK on an iPad and on a windows 10 PC But I want it on my phone. Have tried deleting data and cache from the app on the phone.. Tried uninstalling app and reinstalling. Any suggestions other than buying and iPhone!!
