Does the standard Octavia bumper fit an Octavia Scout 2015 or does it have a special bumper? - the previous model Scout had the same bumper.

I have just had a clutch failure on my 2015 Skoda Octavia Scout. The mileage is only 25,000. Is this normal? I bought the car two years ago from Motorpoint and it had 14,000 on the clock - it had been a demonstrator / hire car at Skoda's Warrington branch. The Skoda warranty had run out but I have an extended warranty. £2000 repair. Car off the road for 7 weeks.

I have a 2015 Scout 2.0L 150 bhp. I bought it from Motorpoint when it was 2 years old and it had 14,000 on the clock. I has done over the past year another 6,000. It had a 2-year service before sale. Therefore does it need an oil change as requested and if so who should do it? It has an extended warranty, but was bought for cash, so is not subject to a PCP or a finance agreement.

I got Audi TT wheels and they are 5x112 16 inches so the brakes work. Ground clearance is a little reduced but a good result!

I have a 15 plate Scout with 17 inch standard wheels. I have a set of 16 inch Yokohama winter tyres for a Yeti (attached) 215/61/16 994. If I buy 16 inch wheels can I safely use them on the Scout? What are the issues?

I think they are ok and were fitted by a dealer - car was used as a demonstrator. The current tyres are from memory 225/50 17 inch Pirrellis The Winter tyres I have a 16 inch Yokohamas 215 /60R / 16 994.

I have a 2015 Octavia Scout with a personalised plate. The car has very nice 17 inch alloys. I saved my 15" winter tyres from my old Yeti. If I get the right 5 point alloys will they fit the Octavia?

I need to make a correction the wheels are 16 inch as are the tyres. I have been told that I can get Skoda steel wheels for £79 + VAT and that they should fit the Octavia Scout but I need to check the number of mounting holes and that braes will work as suggested. Will let you know how I get on. Had an old 2009 Octavia TDi SE 140bph hatchback before the Yeti so will be good to have more power! However, will miss the Yeti's good road manners, and comfortable gearing in town. Not so good for A roads. Does anyone want to offer more than the trade in? Mileage is now 48,600 full service history, MoT til March 18, no VW fix yet.

I have an trade in offer of £5,800 and the book value is £6,200 and it needs body work and a service. It has not had the fix - so is a May 2012 reg. 48,000 on clock, full service history. I am buying from Motorpoint. The car is a 2015 Octavia Scout TDi 4x4 with 2.0litre 148 bph engine. Wheels on it currently are 17 inch - but Yeti had 15 inch wheels.

I have a Yeti 4x4 CR Activ 2.0l TDi 110 bph 12 plate. It has 15 inch wheels and I have winter and ordinary tyres. Will my wheels fit a 15 plate Octavia? Secondly, I need to do a bit of work on the Yeti - it has a bit of work to do - better to take trade in or private sale? It has yet to be serviced this year, has MOT but has not had the emissions fix done.
