  2. So far I've been in touch with 3 companies and they're all saying it will be atleast 2000£ or more to get it fixed. So i gotta make some research and might try to buy all the syncro rings and stock rings idk whats called in english as in translate for english it says warehouse hahaha. 3. Thanks a lot. It’s 2012 model. Gotta start to check out gearboxes used, but they seem to be high mileage anyway. I got contact with one company. Only to open and diagnostics the gearbox is 300£ So it will be almost 1000£ price full I think. Might just make bigger/stronger upgrade so it tolerate a little bit. As I search for the value of this car in Norwegian marked is almost holds the price 10.000£ And up for 190.000km. changed a lot in this car. New chain system and tensioner system from bartek tuning with stronger chain system etc. new turbo, racing cells 200 exhaust from turbo to mid from Ferrita, and original exhaust from mid to the end. Very beautiful sound not loud but little angry in higher rpm. It’s getting rare on these cars in benzin. All vrs got in diesel pretty boring and low prices and getting more restrict to drive in city’s etc. I will update how’s going with this ^^
  4. Hello and good summer. As for now I've drive skoda vrs mk2 facelift 1z5 ccza engine for almost 6 years now. I've been fitted the car nice over the years. As for now i got problems with my gearbox and not the clutch. As now it starts to wear out in gear ratio somehow. Started to make clugging noise. Been driven for 190.000 km now. Its on my 2nd clutch as it got ZF sachs performance clutch on it. And I tought it started to be some problems with clutch, but it seemed to be the gearbox. Now im looking for options what kind of gearbox that might fix my car from an example Golf gti 6 or like that. Or I've to take out the gearbox and get it fixed. As i try to find part number on the gearbox and its not easy to seach for manual/vin codes for the car as the websites is getting closed down i many ways. Anyone klnows which gearbox code its on this one? LHY or its HJH or others? I will be very thankful for any helps. As I started to get hang on caravans trips and now yessss, I need to get this solved and open for tips for upgraded gearbox which can tolerate to tow heavy beef and the car has been chipped since i got it. I wish you all a great summer :)
  5. Might be the oxygen 02 sensor or it might be the map sensor and clean it up or change the hole ****. My mom 1,9 skoda tdi 2004 model had almost the same problem. Changed these parts and the power was back in shape after this.
  6. Hello, might another forum had the same issue or almost same thing https://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php?5194069-Wastegate-Actuator-Rod-rattle-SOLVED
  7. hello. If there is exhaust light. Might be the catalyc bad oxygen 02 sensor under the exhaust system under the car. And check the spark plugs and coil as well.

  9. Thanks A lot for tips. i’ve already upgraded sachs performance clutch on my Octy vrs mk2. Petrol. New version. Chipped the car to stage 2. Upgraded the dampingsystem and springs to b12 bilstein system with eibach springs. Otherwise, going for raceline airbox upgrade. upgrade the dog bone. change the rear/front sway bar to RARB or other brand. I’m not happy with the springs from eibach. It’s lowered with 30mm. But the car is dipping when the car is full on family trip. That **** me off! Even with original alloy wheels. So I’m looking for new springs that can hold my car tight even in full car. I don’t think the dampers from bilstein is the problem. But I’m open for other experiences on this one. otherwise I love my car! The boost from this engine is smooth and perfect for family driving :) thanks for tips all :)

  13. Send an email to sachs to Get the correct clutch kit. I did ordered performance clutch kit to my ccza engine Code. Mine is No need to change the DMF if you've not driving too far with slipping and not has pushed the car hard. Otherwise order new release Bearing is needed when you're going to change the clutch.
  14. Got upgrade on my car Now hitted 100k km be aware about your clutch. mine started to slip after 7000km so rather upgrade the clutch AS Well. Got IT from Sachs performance. Almost 600€ and worth IT! Terrible standard clutch on VRS.
