  1. HI Steve, A wee update as of last night, I have had my second successful IOG charge, including a schedule with multiple stops and starts. I stood out one night and watched exactly what happened when the charges failed. What brought about success for me was the following in the Hypervolt app, settings, charger settings : Random start disabled. now I have the Elroq vRS connected to Octopus IOG as an Elroq 85 24 Hypervolt Pro in plug and charge mode, which happened automatically for me when I deleted it from the Octopus app. Set up required charge to amount in Octopus app I have noticed that when I plug in the car, the car will start to charge immediately (saw your workaround to that), so far, I have just left it charging. The Octopus app doesn't see the car as plugged in for roughly 3 - 4 minutes, but does eventually 'sense' the car. I believe once the car is seen by the Octopus app the car stops the immediate charging. Then a few minutes later, the schedule eventually appears. Car charges as necessary with stops and starts and changes as per the IOG schedule. To summarize, I removed the Hypervolt from the Octopus app added the Elroq 85 24, disabled Random start in the Hypervolt 3 pro app and added the Generic 7Kwh charger in theOctopus app. fingers crossed it continues to work (albeit with a few extra minutes at 28p) Appreciate all the help Scott
  2. So I called Octopus , and they suggested linking the car which I did last night, including the 20 min wait before the final connect (Octopus suggestion). However, as the car was at 80% , I had to reset the charge limit to 100% for the car. I tried using the car and the app, and both times, it just started charging the car immediately. So I stopped that. The Octopus app is show the Skoda Elroq as connected. The Hypervolt app is no longer showing the Octopus integration but is showing plug and charge. The Octopus app didn't seem to want to create a schedule. Any thoughts before I call Octopus again ? Many thanks Scott
  3. Will do Steve and thanks for all the help and suggestions - it’s a great car - hopefully this is a hiccup. I’ll call Octopus tomorrow
  4. Going demented. Came back, plugged the car in. App Not seeing the car as plugged in - removed and reinserted cable - red light - unplugged / replugged in still red. Reset the Hypervolt charger at the power box. Plugged in cable to car - Reg again. Deleted car as a device Added Hypervolt Octopus app sees car as plugged in now Red light on car Disconnect back to white Did a 1 minute bump charge all green and can see power going in stopped bump charge Octopus app created schedule Any faith it will happen - not really. Doubled checked there was no schedules on the car on the charging location and then removed the charging location as well. If there is anything I am missing please let me know. Thanks Scott
  5. Thank you . Steps just taken Deleted existing device in Octopus app Deleted octopus app and reinstalled Added Skoda Elroq 85 24 (no option for Skoda Elroq 85 Edition Added Generic 7kwh charger Logged into Skoda and connection made Octopus app reporting connection made and has created a schedule (like it always did) Will see how we go tonight as there is one pause in the current schedule but of course that can change. Would be great if this works !
  6. Hi whocareswins, So I deleted the Hypervolt and went to add the car (vRS) and now there is a choice of Elroq 85 24 so that’s the one I went with . Connected the car via the Skoda login. I will try the car tonight with that being the only change. I didn’t set a home point , did you - apologies for the questions , just trying to mimic your working setup. Interesting that the Edition no longer seems to be available . Fingers crossed for tonight !
  7. I just can’t get any consistent charge to work with the hypervolt 3 pro and the Elroq vRs with the charger as the main device . I’ve set up the car as as Elroq 85 24 (I think was the choice ) and see if that goes any better tonight. It’s very frustrating.
  8. @whocareswins is the Elroq vRS and IOG charging issues sorted now you changed the car type to Elroq 85 Edition? I'm still having lots of problems where the schedule is made and either does one slot or none at all. Thankfully, I wake up early and can unlplug and replug to at least get some small in the car but it's not ideal. If you can let me know if your issue is resolved, that would be great. thanks Scott
