contacted the seller just to confirm. If i buy that then I need different rubber hoses to connect my intercooler, Looked at sizes they slightly different. So I will buy the pipework and intercooler you showed me but i will need extra bits too . I need 90 degree rubber hose which would reduce 57mm to 51mm . Hopping all will go as planned. Ph1lly87 I think its because turbulence is created not sure . Now im looking for the coupler to fit rubber hose on the turbo. The coupler from darkside cost almost as much as pipe kit for my intercooler! Would that fit for standard turbo?

Thats what I was talking about I cant put that into my head how can you fit rubber on it to hold it in place without this? I want to replace original pipes so old one gonna go . Need something what would replace that like in the video

Thanks. Will look into it. My boost pipes are loose all way round so may as well will fit intercooler to it. So how did you fit the pipe to the turbo? I seen adapters/couplers for it but can't find where to buy it. I was looking on ebay.

thanks, this intercooler you showed me . Is it alright to use that size? they seem to be quite big for 180hp? I heard that too much air gonna be going into turbo which is any good if its too big. I know there are some formulas to count diameter, and air going into car ect. to get to know what is the right intercooler for the power? Maybe im wrong. Im just abit comfused what size do I need

I don't listen I always do what I think is alright anyways thats my personality . I do appreciate all advices I do look into it. I got technical info from Dealer I work so I know how much power parts can take. its just the opinion about upgraded parts. Advices do help . So Today i have decided to remap it to 180hp. Previous remmap was for the same car but different ECU (160hp) . Everything was increased, Even injectors were spraying more fuel when car is idling so the map I had was awful, had misfire too. My car runs smooth and can feel the power increase. I know sooner or later will need clutch as i pushed it to the limit, its not a problem to me I can replace it myself at any time. Noticed that got boost leak from the pipework so Decided to get custom made pipework cos they all moving and I though I should replace them all. I found pipework which is same price as small front mount inter cooler . I know its first stage remap so its not much power so no idea if its worth putting slightly bigger inter cooler on when it runs 180hp ish? If yes then which would be best 2.25 or 2.5 ? Thanks Once boost leak sorted Hope more power gonna show up .Then will take it on dyno just to see readings. Paid so cheap for my first remap so have learned that if you pay less you pay twice So now im stuck what I want to do ... new pipework or.. new front mount intercooler with pipework 2.25 or 2.5. I know this kit needs different pipework cos of clips to the turbo just showing example of intercooler. Some people say injectors fine up to 270hp? 😮 I heard common opinion that its up to 230-240hp. Any problems if i try push it to 250hp? I know that my budget sounds unreal. Got bigger calipers from my another car . Thinking about cheap intercooler with pipework and other bits isnt much as a problem to get. I know most expensive is turbo with clutch thats why asking you guys if you know any middle range turbo or clutch I could get. just wonder if 1756 turbo would handle 250hp? Im trying to find turbo which would. Am not 100% sure but I heard that stock injectors can work for up to 250hp? I need help . Im trying to find right upgrades for this power. Don't know what intercooler would I need and what clutch is best. Want clutch which I would be able to drive with as a daily. Thanks!

Removed wipers and plastic found a hole in the right corner pushed wire would cound't find it inside the car... Shall I remove wheel arch to actually get the wire through? where exactly is the hole to lead it into the interior ? Stripped all of the plastics including glove box still nothing giving up :s help! anyone got pictures how you done that ? thank you .

got mufflerectomy sound but its not as loud thats why am asking . and dump valve simulator is **** and sound not right ahaha . bora got loud sound of whisle which borther me because my car hasn't .

1. Still struggling with my exhaust... got straight pipe on my fabia vrs and was thinking what to do to get that noise when you release the accelerator pedal. I know its about backpressure.. but never had this noise even when deleted cat and left back box and after removing both. any ideas? I know some boras got that sounds when changing gears but it doesnt sound like diesel bov . thank you! I got another question ... now about the turbo flutter sound... is that something to do with backpressure too ? I seen a video when someone fitted a sport filter to a corsa which is diesel and got that sound . most of people call it induction noise. some people say its bad for the turbo because air goes back through turbo because of bad pressure and some of them says that its good to have it instead of bov when car got loads of power. Where is the truth? any possibility to do that on my car? ( got egr delete) and if it's worth doing? I had that sound before but only when reving and turning ignition off . Since I done straight pipe the sound dissapeared. thanks alot!
