The back lights, mounted to the tailgate have stopped working. All the other lights appear to be working. Looking at the fuse list lights seem to be split left/right and I can’t seem to find which one is out. Any ideas?

Just had the order change to confirmed BW23, 7th June. Anyone else had a recent delivery? How long from build week to dealers? cheers.

Was told build had been pushed to August, now back as provisional build week of mid May. Not sure how far out it turns confirmed. Anyone any ideas???

Have you asked Skoda for a build week yet? I did it on Twitter. Just sent them a message with my order number.

Hi, Anyone placed a recent order and been given delivery estimates? I was told by a dealer 12 weeks but Skoda have told me over 25, possibly due to computer chips shortage that seems to be affecting all car makers. 1.0 SE DSG.

As there are now a few Karoks approaching a year old, have any of you racked up high miles in the first 12 months? After close to 2,000 miles in the first month due to a holiday in Scotland, I’m still only on 5,600 miles total. Who has the highest mileage and how have the servicing costs been?

Didn’t think 2wd plus winter tyres would be this much better than 4wd summer. But the braking is the biggest difference. That’s what will save your life.

Hello Mike, Android Auto seems to display better than CarPlay. With having the icons on the right, you loose some screen size. It also seems less inclined to allow you to pinch to zoom out and pan. The crowd sourced data is invaluable though and being able to update jams (when safe to do so of course), will be a lot better on the car screen. If anyone can tell me how to make it full screen and get rid of the icons, I’d be grateful.

Just updated Waze on my iPhone and it can now be used on my SE L through CarPlay. I am pretty sure you have to have updated your phone to iOS 12 as well. The map quality isn’t as good as the Skoda inbuilt sat nav but having the extra real time features of Waze will make up for it. Just wondering if anybody that has upgraded their iPhone to one of the new ones with the higher resolution screen, does that display better on the car screen?

I used Tootle to sell my Yeti when the Karoq arrived. Very straight forward and good price. £900 higher than Phil Schofield. £1100 higher than the dealer. Hope you enjoy the new car. I loved my Yeti but my 1.5 DSGSEL is so much better in every department. Especially brakes!

Just completed a nine day 1400 mile road trip around Scotland. Perfect car for the trip. Started with a motorway stretch up the M6/M74. Lots of A roads, a few terrible B roads, a bit of town driving and everything in between. Just reaffirmed my initial thoughts. Better in every aspect than the excellent Yeti. So, so glad I chose a Karoq. 40.2 MPG was a bonus as well!

On my previous Yeti, there was a nice little drawer under the passenger seat. On my SE L there is not. I do have the brolly, but the brochure says storage. Can anyone with an SE L or I suppose Edition, (but with the electric seats there may not be room), tell me if I’m missing something?
