  1. It is the engine mount that has leaked the fluid, my Kamiq is now on 32k and I still haven't replaced it. The mount has got progressively worse and I get some vibrations on full throttle above 60mph. My local garage quoted me £250 for the part from Skoda, strangely the mount for LHD cars is a lot cheaper than RHD. I will get round to changing it.
  2. Sell it and get another car then.
  3. Why don't you get an OBD configurator and try changing the throttle from value by time to direct value. I did this to my Kamiq and it made it much smoother to drive.
  4. I have a 2021 1.0 manual SE Kamiq and I have hill hold. Maybe there was a period with chip shortages when it was removed? I would hate to end up with a 2022 Kamiq that had a lot of features removed and came with windy windows.

I have the same ones in my Kamiq, like you said a little expensive but no errors at all. My only gripe is they are on the 'orange' side a little bit but I'd say they look similar to the ones that come in T-Rocs
  6. I changed my rear indicators to LED without a canbus error but I tried 2 different LEDs for the reversing and wasn't able to get ones that were totally canbus free.
  7. Surprised at this, although my 1.0 Kamiq isn't a DSG I found when the E10 fuel came out in 2021 my Kamiq's economy went up, it felt a little quicker and the engine ran smoother.
  8. Mine looked like that after 700 miles. My Kamiq has just hit 15k and the marks are still there, I will be changing all the brakes soon.
  9. My Kamiq has just hit 15,000 miles. I've noticed there appears to be some sort of fluid leak close to the top left engine mount. It looks like the fluid is coming from the mount (are the mounts oil filled?) Has anyone had similar?
  10. It's not £40. It's £40 + £580 for the high beam assist pack. There is a sensor in this mirror that you must spec to get the USB. I wanted it too but I ended up getting the Nextbase hard wire kit, it's very easy to fit on a Kamiq.
  11. 49 mpg isn't great over 295 miles. I find adaptive cruise masively wastes fuel I prefer to use the limiter. I went 250 miles averaging similar speed and I got 68 mpg, that was with a 1.0 TSI manual
  12. Oops sorry! Yes that's what I meant 🤣🤦‍♂️
  13. Ouch! So sorry to hear this! You have to be careful to make sure you get the correct ET, where did you buy your steel wheels from? I got mine from my main dealer in Durham, 4 new steelies were £230 incl VAT and I put 4 Dunlop Winter Sport 5's on. I've used them once in snow and it goes anywhere, I bought the Kamiq 16" wheel trims from the Czech Skoda parts website and they were €40 for 4. Good luck!

That's the ejector seat button, use it wisely! .......Sorry I just had to!
  15. Free bump - I have these same tyres for my Kamiq on my 16" steelies, awesome tyres in the snow!
