Hello to one and all 😊 My folks have a Phaeton and they need a set of winter wheels. Alloys won't cut it since the Phaeton is such a heavy car, it needs special 'load rated' wheels apparently, otherwise the wheel could crack 🤷 Phaeton alloys cost a small fortune (when you can find some) so that's been a dead end. We've got load rated winter tyres for it, we just need a set of rims. They decided to go with steel wheels to avoid the weight issue, but it turns out that 17 inch steel wheels are like hens teeth in my part of the world 🤦 I've tried finding mercedes Vito/Viano steel wheels but the only full sets I can find are in the opposite end of the country and it would cost more to travel there than it would to buy them! Can anyone help? Thanks 😊
