  1. # just because you're paranoid, don't mean they're not after you # Owned a Kodiaq Edition since 2018 and it seems like a hell of a co-incidence that after the free services ran out I usually get the emergency call error (SOS) call workshop just before the MOT / annual service date. Please tell me I am the only one, would make me feel so much better 😆 Hypothetically speaking, would it be possible to trigger this condition remotely through Skoda Connect?
  2. I have experienced the same issue as OP just as of last couple of weeks, I was wondering if it was due to cold weather and having a Moll battery which seems to have issues as highlighted by others on this forum?
  3. Wireless on the Scala & Kamiq - https://www.skoda-auto.com/news/news-detail/wireless-smartlink
  4. Traffic Program active with volume turned down for announcements?
  5. ....Battery? I think there were issues with Moll batteries on pre 2019 cars. This would only likely strike true if you were drawing current whilst sitting in car for a while using air-con / lights / Touchscreen / music etc.
  6. Quick dirty ebay search found this POI on SD card - no idea if compatible? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Custom-VW-Golf-Mk-7-7-5-Sat-Nav-Speed-Camera-POI-Alert-SD-Card-Passat-Tiguan/183888810763?hash=item2ad0a0930b:g:KzcAAOSwE4Vc3tUJ
  7. ....it's quicker than walking and can carry heavy items easier?
  8. I've copy and pasted snippet by someone else from another forum which I found interesting:
  9. ......when descending, feather the accelerator very slightly and for a very brief moment, this will kick gearbox back to coasting, as soon as you touch the brake the gear box will kick back into a gear to invoke engine breaking. Brake touched last = engage gear Accelerator last touched = coast
  10. this may help? - http://updateportal.skoda-auto.com/en-gb
  11. ....consumption does improve over about 5K miles and as you hint at, short journeys will not be as economical.
  12. ....was thinking the same thing, have you a tow bar, if so was it retro fitted (by dealer or third party)?
  13. Web site and App both working for me as @ ^
