  1. Not sure if they are related. What you described has happened to me but thankfully I was at home and the 2nd key was in the house. They will plug in OBD and do all they can to deny any connection. Since my lock was replaced I’ve had a Stop/Start error come up on the dash.
  2. Hi Folks My 18 plate 2.0 Karoq Edition (DSG) is in the main dealers () today to look at the keyless locking system which has now failed for the second time in about 28 months. I’d like to try and gauge how common this fault is so can I please ask, have you ever had to have the locks replaced?
  3. Sounds like a similar issue to mind. I don’t know if they had to break anything but the report I got back said it was the fuel flap actuator.
  4. I've done them before on my Audi TT which involves a very difficult back breaking manoeuvrer to get up underneath the passenger footwell so hopefully I should be able to get into the back of the glove box.
  5. Thanks. Dealership want to charge £35 to supply and fit and that’s a lot of labour to flip down the glove compartment!!
  6. Hi folks Could someone please let me know how I access the pollen filter I my Karoq so I can replace it.
  7. Thanks for all those who replied to this question. It turns out the locking mechanism on the fuel flap was broken and needs replacing (under warranty thankfully).
  8. HI folks I've done as everyone has suggested but the fuel flap refuses to open so I think it's a warranty job. Thanks for your help.
  9. I have had the car since new and it has 24k on it. Never had the issue before but it hasn’t needed filling up since February due to lockdown restrictions. Am guessing something has seized up!
  10. I’ve tried pushing it everywhere. No difference but maybe I need to be a little more forthright!! Thanks.
  11. I went to fill up the other day and found I couldn’t open my fuel flap. Anyone know of a method to open it manually?? I have it booked in but could do with filling up before hand!
  12. True. But Waze is so much better than the built in SatNav. I do like to know where speed cameras and police vehicles are.
  13. You can also use Waze sat nav on CarPlay which is much better than the built in one. Other audio apps on carplay include Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Music. Not it sure if u are in the UK but you can also use BBC apps and Virgin UK.
  14. I suspect they don't roll over - Skoda seem ready to make a buck off of anything they can as far as I can see!
  15. Hi rkam Thanks for the reply. Do you know if the free 1 year Infotainment online is for the 1st owner to register the car - When I sell the car I assume the next owner wouldn't get the benefit. If I pay for the 2nd and subsequent years, would they roll over to the new owner?
