  1. Mollysman started following Hello all , Roof rails , Roof rails and 4 others
  2. Does anybody know if all Skodas with raised rails use the same profile I believe the Yeti does not as I want to buy some roof bar feet for my Kamiq I tried the latest Thule recommended feet but for me they are a poor fit with gaps on both sides the Halfords advance one which they say won't fit are the same profile as the Thule ones?
  3. Are the roof rails on all Skodas all the same profile
  4. I have a Kamiq and Thule recommend 7104 and Halfords say there advance feet for open rails won't fit. Iwe r to Halfords to have a look and they let me try one foot of each make on my car. I can say both feet are an identical shape and both are a terrible fit on my rails with big gaps despite Thule saying these are the right ones the fit is that bad that I wouldn't fitt them so I'm wondering if any other would be a better option
  5. How did you get it out
  6. Hi Wilfred I am just about to buy a usb stick for my Kamiq I have already tried a usb A 32g and it seems to work ok at the moment but I want a use c drive as the a drive I have is why to big with the adapter on I can't see why a 64g would not work but don't want to buy the wrong one
  7. I agree with some of the comments I have owned quite a few VAG models and they all suffer from this issue if you are light on your brakes which I suspect you are then the rear brakes don't come into play much causing the corrosion if you get to a reasonable speed and apply your brakes quite hard it will keep the corrosion at bay please be careful when yo do this. This goes all the whey back to the GOLF MK2 days so not new hope this helps
  8. New to Skoda but not VAG just got myself a 6 months old 1.5 Kamiq SE L only had it for 4 days but I really like the car
