Yeah it’s Skoda approved - Mitchell’s in Chester. 4563 miles but not sure where the services were completed yet. So far the salesperson has been very helpful so I’ve asked her to check regarding the software update.

Thanks for the replies. Like I said, I’m getting a manual. I’ve asked the dealership to confirm the software update has been applied and will definitely give it a good test before driving home.

Hello. I already have a 13 plate Fabia Monte Carlo and it’s great. We’re now replacing my wife’s EcoSport with a Karoq, hoping to pick up a 69 plate 1.5 TSI manual/petrol this week. Today I’ve read about “kangarooing” issues where it jerks to a start, when setting off in first gear? Mentioned it to my wife and she flat out doesn’t want it if that’s going to be the case. Is it going to be the case? We went for a test drive last week but they gave us an automatic (also tried to give us a Kodiaq so clearly did not read my email) so was a worthless endeavour. Really concerned.
