Ok do latest gremlin is interior light when I lock the car it goes out after several seconds as it should but for the last week when I unlock and get in the car the light is stopping on constantly and not going off after several seconds as it was.

Lol yeah I prefer to know it's done correctly and parts changed yes it's definitely leaking.
-
Yes I have and I can see that the leak is from the clutch master cylinder I don't go to garages I do my own repairs I'm just not sure on the correct part number.
-
Hi all, seems mine has sprung a leak firstly any issues to look out for when changing out and does anyone know the correct one or part code for my vehicle please as I keep getting conflicting searches for what fits thanks in advance

Water Pump Impeller broken or not?
Stewartasb replied to cello's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk I (1999-2007)
I would deffo go with thermostat then drain coolant and access the heater matrix pipes and flush them with a jet wash i had to do this and it cleared the crap out of the heater matrix and freed it up. -
that was an absolutely perfect entry point cheers for the heads up
-
Yeah that's cool had it off before thanks for the info 👍
-
Ah cool so that follows right down inside kick trim yes ???

Hi all just a quick one. I need to route a main power wire direct from battery to boot is there any entry point from fire wall hidden or bunged that I can use as wire access ???
-
based on the vibrations etc and you stating your cv boot is ruined i would be looking toward your cv would expect there is no greasse left in itso worn and causing the vibrations which can be indicative of a bad cv.

sounds same as mine was and it was the microswitch on the lock you can replace those but in all honesty better to swop in a new lock it resolved it for me. -
