Hi everyone, I’ve test driven a lot of SUV’s and am really happy with my final decision to go with the Karoq and can’t wait to be driving her around soon. In anticipation, I’ve done so much research but I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or not, as whilst I’m informed, I think it slowly driving me nuts. Anyway, would love to know what you love about your Karoq and perhaps what you aren’t so happy with. I’m on the Gold Coast and would also know to know who else has one in the area as I have not seen any on the road yet. Safe motoring. Simi

Hi there, I’m new to this site and am a soon to be 2018 Karoq owner with the Launch Pack and the anticipation is getting to me. Anyway, I have a couple of questions to ask please. 1. Is there a CD slot in the glovebox compartment? I’ve looked at so many cars, I just can’t remember if mine will have it or not. It makes no difference to me really, I’m just curious. 2. My vehicle will have leather seats and I’ve never had them before, so again, I’m just curious what people use to stop burning themselves in extreme Queensland temperatures other than seat covers? Don’t really want to use a beach towel either. If you have found a good solution for something that works and stays in place, would you please let me know where you made your purchase from? TIA Simi

The wait for mine is killing me slowly so I understand how you feel. I’ve done that much research, it’s driving me a touch crazy but thank goodness for the distraction of a short trip, Christmas and the New Year. Hope it’s not too long before you get yours. Thanks for your post as I enjoyed looking at the pics too and it’s good to know that I’m not alone in the wait.

Hi IceyLady, I’ll be getting my Karoq in about three weeks and the wait is killing me slowly. I’m not sure what your options are in the UK but here in Australia, we can get paint protection which is a clear coating to protect the paint but it also helps with keeping the car shiny and clean. Apparently, just hosing the car down, is often enough. It is obviously an added extra, but like you, I want mine to always looking smart and clean. Perhaps this option is also available to you. With regards to using Sainsbury’s Jet Wash, I don’t see why they would mind you using their bay if you are still paying.
