Thanks for giving me the fuse number for resetting the system - just in case 🙂

Thank you Phil for your input - I drove to Skoda today. A software update was missing but not visible to download in my Enyaq. Only after having factory reset the infotainment system and temporarely removed a fuse fo the lte connection, the relevant update came up to be installed, and after having reentered all my personale settings for the second time within a week (ME 3 upgade resets everything too) everything now works fine 😀

I can't register myself as the primary user on my Enyaq after the upgrade. After login in the MySkoda app i scan a QR code that appears on the car display after selecting login in the car. After a while I get this message. "Sorry, but something unfortunately went wrong. You are now driving as a guest. You can start your login anytime." I have retried several times with key 1 and 2 and both in the car - Same result. Any ideas on how to come about this ?? I would like to join Skoda Connect again 😕
