    Looks like a new battery is needed. Must I purchase from a Skoda main dealer. The reason I ask my Dealer has just quoted £247.50 to supply and fit. Am still reeling.

    Many thanks for your response. The battery came with the car in 2014.. Looks like I need to buy a battery charger and or a new battery.

    Can any please tell me why my battery goes flat if the car stands for more than a couple of days. I take it for a 20 minute drive to charge it but after a couple of days standing it won't start. Means getting local garage out to start it. Happened four times now. Please advise.
