I want to run a diesel heater off a leisure battery when I'm camping. I'd like to have the ability to charge the battery up with the vehicle and solar. Has anyone done this with an estate car? I'm thinking of routing a wire under the car and into the back (I don't want to pull up carpets) where I'll have the battery and a dc to dc charger. I've done it before in a van but wondered if anyone has experience specific to an estate car. Thanks

Thanks, I managed to get it working again but as you say it was a temporary fix

My passenger door handle isn't working. I can open the door from inside but the handle is stuck in the extended position and wont open the door or retract to usual position. Any ideas how to fix it? I've given it a good squirt with WD-40 and wiggled it but it won't budge. Thanks
