I'm on 0245 What is the latest version? I've just updated my maps to the 2020/2021 version so was interested to see if there were any updates available for my car's firmware and I entered my VIN on the main Skoda web site and it only displays map updates. Is there any need to update my car's firmware? What do you gain by doing so?

Hi all, this is my first post on here so please be gentle. Recently bought a 2016 Octavia VRs 230bhp manual hatch. Took it today to a local VW/Skoda specialist in Nottingham as I enquired about getting my car looked at to see what I could enable feature wise as I looked around on various sites and most seemed to suggest you can enable stuff. Turns out a lot of the stuff can be enabled but my car just gives errors codes for all of it. Enabled corning fogs, errors - something about calibration? Enabled traffic sign recognition - errors enabled auto high beams - errors enabled passenger mirror dimming - errors there were a few more that we played with but essentially we reverted everything we changed because everything we tried produced errors. Just wondering if we missed a trick? I read if you've got lane assist (which my car has) you can have high beam assist because it runs off the camera in the windscreen? Is it all locked down due to missing hardware/sensors? Thanks
