  1. In the pictures it looks the same and looking at mine it looks like the mounting points for the rack would be the same for RHD and LHD, I'll message that guy and see what his is like, if not I think I'll take a chance on the one from Latvia Cheers
  2. My pickup is in need of a new front subframe and struggling to find a decent one to replace it with, there is a few on ebay from Latvia which look pretty good, question I have is are the RHD and LHD subframe the same and is there any difference between the petrol and diesel ones? Thanks
  3. On the interior loom from the fabia I have removed all the door wiring interior fan wiring basically all the convince things and on engine bay loom I've removed abs electric steering headlights. Is this the box you are on about This is most of the interior wiring from the fabia fuse box etc still need to hide it (centre console hopefully do the trick) If there's a signal from the ecu for rpm and coolant surely there should be something at the dials? I can take more pictures of anything that might be of help
  4. Have had a look today and the speedo drive is indeed a dummy. With the other gauges rpm and coolant temp also get the oil light flashing aswell although have checked the oil pressure and its fine. When I have my torque obd reader on its picking up the rpm and coolant temp fine just not showing on dials in the car any ideas?
  5. Is there a speedo drive that can be fitted to the gearbox to give me a speedo signal?
  6. The engine is from a 2005 car. Don't have a diagram for the pickup. But I am using the atd clocks and wiring. Kinda seems like I may have cut the plug that I need off by accident will need to raid through my box of bits to see if i can find it, kinda hoping i haven't though. A pic of the 14 pin connected to whatever it should be would help me find where I have gone wrong
  7. Hello all I am currently trying to irn out some of my electrical issues after putting an atd into my skoda pickup the only gauge I have working is my fuel gauge (all gauges worked in the fabia before I stripped it) I was tracing the wire from the speedo drive and it goes to a 14 pin plug problem is the female plug that I have it connected to doesn't have the right wires coming back out of it so am wondering if I have either plugged it into the wrong plug(can't find another 14 pin plug to connect it to) or there should be something plugged in between which I've missed any help would be much appreciated thanks
  8. That's great thanks did leave it connected to the switch but isn't really needed now i suppose. Now starting on original key 😁 thanks
  9. That's great terminal 15 is my starter wire. Do you know what the 2 white wires going to terminal 16 are?
  10. Hello wondering if anyone can help. Have converted my pickup to a ATD pd engine and have it running and on the road but currently have 2 keys to get it going. I'm trying to get it to start off the original ignition swith. I have the wiring diagram for the pd loom but can't work out the pickup side there is a yellow wire and the 2 white wires(to the same pin) which both get there power when cranking can anyone tell me what they feed obviously one goes to starter but other 2? Thanks
  11. Thanks for the reply I really appreciate it. I like the look of the setup you have with the mini m/c, did the clutch pressure pipe from the vag one fit into the BMW one? I know it will need modified but would be great if the push fit connector fits. Would it be possible to take a photo of how you have mounted it? Thanks Lewis
  12. Hello New to the forum and hoping you guys can help me out, I am in the process of converting my pickup to 1.9pd out of a 2006 fabia. I have most of the work done but am now at the bit I have been putting off, I need to get the hydraulic clutch to work. I have been looking on the forums etc and managed to find a picture of a felicia engine bay with a clutch master cylinder fitted (it was getting a 1.8t) but cannot find how he got the pedal to work. I do have the whole donnor car and have the clutch pedal and M/C removed but I cannot get the pedal high enough due to the brake bar that crosses to the passenger side. Any help/pictures would be great Thanks Lewis
