  1. In Norway, parking lights are possibly the same as what you say are position lights (two white at the front and two red at the back) Not side lights The DRL illuminates with the same intensity when the light switch is in position 0 and in ´park light´
  2. Hi Is it possible to get the drl to dim down the brightness when the light switch is set to park light (possibly when the handbrake is active)? As it is now, they shine with the same intensity. I find a place in adaption where i can choose to switch off the DRL when the handbrake is active and the light switch is in 0, but this doesn't help much(although it is a nice feature) My car is an Octavia 2020 with MK7.5 BCM. This cannot be coded with 'long coding', so adaptation must be used here Have done this on a T6 and Caddy, but then during long coding
  3. Hi and Thanks for the info Then there will be a connection here, I just have to get home from holiday first 🙂
  4. Thanks for the tip, you're good. Will check this out 😄 Here you see a picture of the contacts in my car, in the brown plug I have connected Can 2 (this goes to the front assist)
  5. Hi Kufatec says that these wires must be soldered, since the slot was already in use. Same with the power cable Didn't really want to solder in the car's wiring, and there isn't that much space to get to under the dashboard either. Any other places it can be plugged in that are easier to get to? Diagnostic plug for example?
  6. Thanks for help😀 I do not know, but Kufatec where I bought the cables says the following: -CAN Bus 1 (gateway) - pins 7 and 17 -CAN Bus 2 (connector A-cloumn to ACC / front assistant sensor) - pins 9 and 11 -connect power cable to fuse SC32 (but it must be 35) in fuse box -ground to ground point (down in the A-column) In your drawing, there are both CAN connections 1 and 2, and pins 7 and 17 are connected to J533(CAN gateway?) CAN Bus 2 and ground are fine, these I have connected Have sent email to support at Kufatec, hope they can help(but I do not really think they can) 🤔
  7. I found it, was where you said it should be😄 Its only slot 2 and 4 which are free in the plug, I have to connect 7 and 17, what to doo? I retrofit the traffic camera in the windshield🙃
  8. Hi and thanks for info😀 On the picture it seems to be located over/behind the steering rod? I have to take an extra look at this tomorrow😁
  9. Hi Where is the Canbus gateway located on Octavia 2019, I can't find it round the fusebox/over pedals/A-column ?
  10. I've done this on my 2012 Octavia and it's plug and play. Parking sensors and also camera work fine. You need a new antenna (I bought the original ceiling antenna) and a new frame around the radio
