Ok, thanks. It's 2019 model so mk3 hatch. I don't have a tow bar, tried to put on a Buzz rack but couldn't attach it properly. So looks like I'll have to look at a roof rack.... Any recommendations for good value ones?

So,this morning in a rush for school, I flung two bags into the boot of my Skoda Octavia (2019). But when we got to school,I couldn't open the boot. Pulled down the back seat to get access and saw that one of the straps from a schoolbag was jammed in the boot lock. Pulled at it,strap ripped off bag but is still jammed there!! Is there a quick release mechanism to unlock it?Or any other advice?

No, "sensitive" contacts thankfully. I just think it's annoying that if anyone else pairs up their phone to the car then all my contacts load up on their phones. Surely, there should be an option to import contacts from the car? If that were the case, then they could just say no to that.

I have a 2019 octavia and my phone is synced to it. My wife had to use my car for a few days and she paired her phone up.... Now she's got all my contacts on her phone!! How do I remove them from her phone??!

I have stored a lot of radio stations and placed my favourites numbered 1 to 10 in their slots on the touchscreen. However when I change channel using steering wheel controls, it doesn't follow this order. So I have to scroll through a few channels before I get to favourite number 2,and scroll through more to get to number 3 etc. Is there a setting whereby it will follow my favourites stored on touchscreen?

How do I check if time is set to manual or GPS? I just use the settings on infotainment system. And how do I do a hard reset?
