  1. Yeah, only realised that when I posted it 😅 everyone is where it should be seemingly. Any ideas where the fuel regulator may be?
  2. Hi All, Owner of a 65 plate 150bhp TSI, had numerous issues since acquiring it, one of which is the 'P00900 - Fuel Pressure Regulator "A" Control Circuit/Open Intermittent' fault which keeps reoccurring. I've returned it to the garage several times who have suggested they have replaced looms and fuses but this keeps coming up as an 'intermittent' fault on OBDeleven which doesn't necessarily flash up the EML light everytime, more a 'stored' fault code within the ECU. Symptoms- Can feel on occasions a slight misfire of the engine, engine start stop errors, EPC light flashes on tapping of the throttle intermittently but no solid light. On shutting down and restart of the car after a period the EML comes on solid, on rescan, fault is still there. Power loss is intermittent, hard throttle sometimes can be achieved, sometimes it's very hesitant and doesn't apply any boost at all. Inspection- Unsure where the fuel pressure regulator is located on the engine bay to test correct voltage, hopefully someone can help with that. On inspection of the engine bay fuse compartment, I appear to be missing fuses 5 ('coil of the relay for the ignition system, coil of the Cng relay, engine components') and fuse 16 (ignition, fuel pump) not there (I'd have thought I'd not be able to start the car without this particular one). I've attached a picture for reference. Thanks in advance.
  3. Brilliant, Thanks for info. I'm hoping it is something as simple as this! 🙏
  4. Thanks, will check that out tomorrow. What are the normal parameters of engine off voltage vs engine/alternator running voltage? It's my first time with start/stop batteries
  5. Thanks for the reply, how do I check that this is done correctly and what am i checking against? Cheers
  6. Hi All, Not had a great start with my MK3 1.4 TSI DSG estate (65 plate). Acquired mid April and is due to return to the garage for a second time. OBDEleven is currently showing the following shopping list of faults: OBDeleven data log Date: 2024-05-28 11:15 VIN: TMBKC7NE7G0167284 Car: Skoda Octavia Year: 2016 Engine: CZDA Mileage: 116798 KM --------------------------------------------------------------- 01 Engine System description: R4 1.4l TFS Software number: 04E906027HD Software version: 2603 Hardware number: 04E907309BH Hardware version: H25 ODX name: EV_ECM14TFS01104E906027HD ODX version: 001006 Long coding: 01250032232419080000 Trouble codes: P069100 - Cooling Fan 1 Control Circuit Low static P019700 - Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Circuit low static P009000 - Fuel Pressure Regulator "A" Control Circuit/Open Intermittent P165F00 - Oil pressure regulation valve Short circuit to ground static P209000 - B Camshaft Position Actuator Control Circuit(Bank1) Low static P208800 - "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Control Circuit Low - Bank 1 static P045800 - EVAP System Purge Control Valve "A" Circuit Low static Current symptoms, oddly enough, is that it ISN'T in limp mode despite the active fault codes. I inherited these codes from a standing start in traffic, I gave it a little bit of hard throttle and didn't seem to like it (Engine was warm, ran approx 30 mins up until this point). Engine stop start does not function at the moment. Anyone had anything similar? Cheers
