Hi, I recently retrofitted a VC, I managed to change the skin of the speedos to a vRS skin, but the welcome and leaving screen remains with the regular octavia and regular Skoda logo without the vRS start screen. what is the issue? Can it be coded somehow?

Hi, I recently bought Amundsen from 2018, but the display is without the bottom cover from the picture below. Does anybody know can I buy that part separately or does anybody have a part number? Thanks

Do you know on what side it was? I also get that sound only on 110-120kmh, and it doesnt matter if it is on 5th, 6th or N. The sound remains there..

Hi, I got from insurance a pair of brand new headlights, and I got left a pair of old Xenon headlights that can be easily repaired from 2015 with xenon bulbs and xenon ballasts (AFS and DRL modules are missing). I was thinking at installing them at my other octavia with halogen lights. Does somebody have schematics for this type of job or can tell me where can I look up? How can I tell if my BCM supports AFS?

Hi folks, I have on my Octavia regular (uglyest) foto gray rear view mirror that is same as the ones on much older VWs, such as Golf 5, Passat B5.. I found out today that a MY2016 rear view mirror exists along with a light assist camera, and it looks like I don't need to change my windshield for this update. I am doing this mostly for the looks of my rear view mirror because it is hideous, and it is nice if I can activate this camera also. Here is what I ordered on ebay today, and it only cost me ~37 eur + shipping. As you can see, I will need to repaint the front part to be black like the current one, but that will be the easiest job. I am 99% percent sure that I will not need to change my windshield with this upgrade. But the camera bothers me. Does it require some sort of calibration? I believe there is no prepared wiring for this and i will need to connect this camera to my body computer. Can somebody provide me some diagram for this or tell me where to find one? Does this camera have sign assist and lane assist, or those features comes with a camera in a triangle housing? What about the coding, I have OBD11 but I haven't found a topic with this type of upgrade, can somebody share with me the required coding for activating this? Thanks, I hope others can also follow my lead, automatic headlights is a useful feature, and this mirror is a lot nicer, and the price is ridiculous.
