Needed to pass retest on my car it failed on rear driver side drum brake is stuck open and rear middle fog Is not operational , I have no mechanic as he was incompetent the first time and failed to pretest the car. Any help appreciated

I have just changed the oil in my mk 1 same velocity 10w30 just different brands, the one before was idrive think theyre both fully synthetic other than the fact the 2000km interval between that made the idrive oil black, thought i was doing a good job other than the fact i didnt have a spare oil filter. now on to the problem I took it for a short journey 15 mins at 2500 revs and when brought it back a horrible buzzing/humming noise can be heard that is new, should i be concerned ? It got dark halfway through the oil change and spilled a drop but was sure to clean it up. Thanks for your input, have a great saturday, happy motoring

Why are they not the ones originally in the engine or the ones the motor parts gave me for service what does NGKZFR5PG mean? is my engine a 1.2? But says everywhere else it is engine code BKY 1.4 really confusing maybe the book is wrong
