Hi there, Are there any decent Skoda or VW service and repair garages in East London or in Cambridge as I commute between the 2 locations. I have a brake issue, grinding noise and ABS lights has come on. Need someone who is reputable and reliable. Hi all, I have Skoda Fabia 1.2 Sports model 2009 done around 100k. At 100k can someone tell me what parts should be changed or checked? I've done regular oil changes and the spark plugs were done 2 years ago. Can someone tell me if and when I need to change the timing belt on these cars? I've seen online that as its a timing belt it does not need a change, is this true? Also the only belt I can see is I believe to be the drive belt(not sure if that what its called) on the side of the engine going around some pulleys. Can someone advise when and if this belt needs changing too? The car is driving well enough, but recently I've noticed the engine is sounding louder/noisy than usual. Slight increase in rattling sound. Thanks for the any help and advise. Distant Cloud.
