[Colombus issue - Happy to pay Eur 100 if someone fix my soft issue]

Hi Rustynuts,

Impossible to do... without an official cable... I tried for 2 hours with differents Loaders etc but no success.

 

As I use the 18.2 version (2018) and the car is from 2014, it should be fine no ? I am able to remove errors, do longcoding changes & other tricks.

Any chance to help me out ?

It is really wierd. The product reference on the MIB Unit (the broken one has the ref 5E0 035 020 A - H41) I was able to flash and it changed the Ref to 5E0 035 020 C...

I checked the forum and I can confirm I have the columbus. (sorry for not being clear in the other post). 

 

Secondly, I bought exactly the same reference product on eBay but may be it comes from another car. Is it not possible to reinstall another firmware to get it to work on Octavia RS?
