  1. I didn't renew when they dropped the web interface. I never found the app intuitive. I liked sending destinations. The way I found to do that was use the app, create a route then send the route to which it said something along the lines of "I can only send the destination" It always felt a little hit and miss. NW England.
  2. I may be missing something - looking at the new app I can add a location to favourites under the map tab but I can't see how to send it to the car (or indeed look at favourites) Anyone know what I am doing wrong? (android) Thanks, Paul.
  3. Thanks, that's logical and useful to know. Is there any easy info on what rows are on which buses? I've just seen lots of discussion on switched, with 47 the hands down fave, but no clear choice for a permanent live.
  4. Cheers - yes, I pull everything else (don't want to distract it) and from PC so a MAC doing it's thing isn't an issue. I had done a 20 minute drive with it looking. In desperation I found a 32G SD and formatted it as FAT and that worked with the same files. It seems fussier than my youngest's diet! Paul.
  5. Hi All - trying to do the update in a 2018 Kodiaq. Pop an SD card in and it tells me there's an update available. Nav->Settings->Version and there are the two options at the bottom as expected. If I hit update it sits on searching for updates for ages. 64G class 10 as exFAT. Fully (not quick) formatted as a straw to grasp at. Is that normal and it's doing something like checking the integrity? Thanks, Paul.
  6. Still running on CLI, recognised the card size OK. I have a few things to try now. Thanks.
  7. Windows file manager only offered exFAT and NTFS Trying from CLI as a FAT32... Thanks Paul.
  8. Any ideas what I may be doing wrong? 2018 Kodiaq. Downloaded, extracted, copied to nice big, fast SD card. filesystem exFAT Ignition on, system on - pop the card in and it flashes past reading SD card to say update files are there on the SD card. Navigation, settings, version info and at the bottom of the screen it offers update from SD or update from network. I select SD and it says it is looking for files, and doesn't seen to find them, even if left for a while. Same behaviour in SD1 and SD2 slots. I do note the date, and that we are only around a month away from the next due update, but am a little split - it's only a target, but I want to have the process right for the next one too. Thanks, Paul.
