What do I download this to? Is it easy to do?

Interesting, ive always wondered how the updates occur, mine is a second hand 2017 Kodiaq SEL and I’ve never had any updates appear on my screen as yet and am intrigued because every now and then my maps don’t tend to stay on the route correctly and it’s quite frustrating

I recently logged into the portal to find that my services had expired and I needed to buy them again, so I have emailed the dealer in which I purchased the car from asking as to why I have to buy this when I was told I had 12 months free 🤷‍♂️ Awaiting reply from them but thank you @greg_aniol for you response

Hello i have recently brought a 2017 Kodiaq SE L and haven’t been able to connect my phone to the app properly as it says expired on my licenses but when I brought the car I was given 12 Months access to Skoda connect app, I have tried using my phone & the website and also using my phone as a hotspot the car and also my own home WiFi still no luck and I am struggling to delete the profile from my car now as well comes up with “Error” would love to get some help with this issue if possible
