Hi. Based on my short experience, I think it uses both. Giving the priority to the camera if it detects a sign. When no sign is encountered the map takes the relay. Hope this will help.

Hi everyone. Thanks to this topic and the clues that gave me Chli (by the way, thanks a lot for all the help you provided to me, dude) i finally gor my TSR fixed. It was not an update issue in my case though, but a hard reset of the entire TSR software (it seems the warehouse in Czechia didn't do it the right way). Anyway i can drive now better and safer (lol)😅🤣. Greetings from France

Great job. I also went to the french garage but i had no good news. They said that they checked everything : the camera was correctly wired and that there was no software update to TSR for now. Can you give me the coordinates of your garage so i can put theme in relation with mine. Cause they are seeking for any way to solve my problem. Thank you

Indeed. I have the icon. But still, i have no indication of the traffic signs on my virtual cockpit (have it only on the amundsen when the map is on). I still believe that the signs must be displayed on the virtual cockpit 😤

Any news to solve this topic? I have the same problem in my Scala... 😶

Hi everyone. I tired (a lot). But those buttons are only useful to display what you have already set in your infotainment system (what you call viewing mode). Since the TSR is not in the viewing mode you cannot have it in the virtual cockpit. In france we have a trim level which embed the option. I bought that trim level but nithing seems to happen... However, and since the french garage couldn't find out what was wrong in a first look, i contacted directly skoda in Czech republic. They opened a ticket for my request and i'm waiting for an answer. Does anyone encountered the same problem as me? Or in some other way, Did someone get the TSR work?

Hi everyone. just had my scala and of course I'm very happy with it 😚 I have the 2021 model with Amundsen + virtual cockpit and traffic sign recognition. normally, the virtual cockpit should display the speed limits. but mine does not (I can see in the parameters that the TSR is ON) but I can't find any button to push and make me have the traffic signs right in the middle of the virtual cockpit (like showed in the video of Skoda): https://www.skoda-auto.com/world/scala-videos does anyone know how to make it appear? thanks for the help!
