Hi Greenstripe. Loved your description of the radio swap. I have completed the same swap using the same type of window aerial in my 2011 Mk2 1p Seat Leon but seem to be unable to get the DAB side to work properly. Occasionally it displays a radio station name but shortly after it displays a graphic which appears to be an aerial with a stroke through it, I presume this indicates the aerial is disconnected but have checked it and its connected correctly. I scratched the paint work on the A pillar before sticking the earth strip down. In Radio settings Aerial is indicated as being on? Is it just a poor signal or have I done something wrong or not done something in the radio settings? We live in quite a rural area but close to a Trunk road 25 miles south of Edinburgh and wonder if this could affect it?
