Anyone gone for the new colour?
After a year and a half long delay I'm happy to finally share some pictures of a Phoenix Orange estate 😀 As promised:

Anyone gone for the new colour?
I'll be sure to share some pictures of the Phoenix Orange estate when it arrives (or at this point of waiting I should say IF it arrives at all 😀).

Anyone gone for the new colour?
If anyone is still interested how this color looks on an Octavia, here are a few pictures. Ordered two company cars in Phoenix Orange Metallic in November 2021 - one hatchback and one combi, 1.0 TSI with Ambition trim. The hatchback arrived today, but sadly the combi was delayed until October... For my taste, the color looks great with a lot of variations depending on the lighting and the angle. The pictures don't really do it justice.

Assistance system failure
Yeah, I found this setting, but it only changes the background, not the font... Sat for nearly half an hour fiddling with the settings and still couldn't find it. Another question for Å koda I guess

Assistance system failure
Hey there, sorry for going off topic, but couldn't have noticed the font on your speedo/tachometer. Mine looks different and yours just looks better. Could you give me some instructions how to do that? Here's a pic of mine:

Sport suspension
I'm here with a bit of an update (or downgrade) and thought this could help. Just had my winter wheels fitted. This is how she looks with the sports suspension on OEM Å koda Velorum rims (powder coated gun metal) with OEM spec 205/60/R16 tires. There was a pretty big difference in steering weight (now it doesn't feel like the wheels are connected to the steering wheel at all ), though overall increase in comfort was minimum.

Sport suspension
Hey there! I have the 1.5 TSI manual with optional sports suspension and 18" wheels. I ordered it simply for the looks and that's what I got. It's not really stiff and it doesn't give great handling that you could expect from a similarly priced aftermarket set of springs (e. g. Eibach). To be honest, compared to the standard suspension which I tried on the demo vehicle, the difference in driving feel is not that big. It doesn't bounce, it doesn't crash when going through potholes and it's still better than the standard suspension which I had on my 2015 Octavia MK3. Would I order it again? No, because a set of Eibach's would probably drop the car a little lower and it would look and handle better. Would I order it again if there would be no aftermarket alternatives? Definitely yes, because the standard suspension looks horrible This is how it looks:
