    Thanks for the answer, I'll try to find a good car electrician to sort it out. Are there any other indicators for a failing CANBus, and how much to expect for the repair.

    Hello, I have an issue with my 2010 FL Octavia. The low beam turns on with the ignition and the light switch does not do anything I can't turn them off and the fog lights can't bee turned on high beam is functional. The car is fitted with a light sensor, it also seems the automatic wipers are not functioning. I went in for a scan not vcds but the OBD port has no power, so the scanner could not connect, both fuse boxes checked no blown fuses.
