    Hello, I have tried but with no luck, I can not connect programmer to read the chip as the pins 3 and 4 (HOLD and VSS) are shorted together. Any ideas why? Everything is the same, both hardware and firmware versions as Yours. Maybe the IC is locked somehow (via software or hardware). Any helps is appreciated.
