Hi,
Thanks for the add!
So I have a 2012 Yeti 4x4 DSG Elegance. I found water dripping through the console that contains the courtesy light/panoramic roof controls etc!!
Tried the sunroof to unblock the drain holes. The roof opens but now does not close!
Follow the advice on this forum and detached the roof liner and checked the red plastic pipe connected to the drain holes on the NSF. (Clearly a common issue)
There was clearly a leak, so dried it all out and refitted the pipe, adding a small amount of silicone around the white plastic connector.
Time will tell if this works.
In the meantime the sunroof is not working, even when it does open it seems sluggish. There seems to be a fair amount of moisture on and around the sunroof motor.
Going to let it all dry out thoroughly and check for anymore leaks before attempting the sort the sunroof.
Any suggestions would be welcome?
