What engine is your car? Diagnosis will be quite different depending which. Depending how handy you are it might be worth getting a multimeter out and checking for continuity around your injector wiring.

RCD330 like I've just fitted in my pre-FL Octy. Plug and play provided you check which CANBUS unit your car has first to prevent battery drain issues (shouldn't be a problem on a facelift car. They don't have DAB but I think your rear sensors would still work, you'll have to check. It will definitely work with reversing cameras though which can be found cheap enough.
