Mk2 1.2 diesel estate, engine coolant cap lost
Hi all, your help is needed and thank you in advance. My fabia estate diesel 2011 1.2 S trim has lost its engine coolant tanks cap. Engine oil light came on briefly and Beebed from time to time. Checked levels and was fine. Would be fine some days and then come on others. Stay on or go off soon after. I read about seals been left behind after oil filter change, faulty sensor or a wire connector fault been possible problems. I planned for a full service after the kids birthday next month when I knew how many penny's I had leftover. Today the oil light came on but stayed on. Turned engine off/on and it did the same again. I opened the bonnet after allowing to cool to check oil levels again and the engine coolant tank cap was missing!!! The tank was below minimum level and I don't know how long for either. So I need help to why it would happen? Advice on what to do next? Where to buy a replacement cap?(I've been browsing but am scared to purchase as I keep getting different results. Any help would be appreciated before I cancel my girls birthdays and send presents back so I can afford book it in at the garage. Thanks again.

Driver's window not working
So my driver's window won't work using the switch or key fob. Drivers switch won't operate the passenger's side either but passenger side switch works fine. Took switch out and feels ok and plugged it back in. Unplugged the loom at the door hinge and found a broken wire which looks like the one going to the motor. Would that effect the drivers switch not working on the passenger's window too? Best recommendations please... Take the loom out completely, checking each wire and repairing? Buy and fit a new loom myself? Or take to a garage? What sort of cost am I looking at?

Brake fluid warning light
My brake fluid warning light came on and started pinging at me. Happened after driving for a few minutes. Level was fine. The front brake pads, discs and sensors were replaced at a garage. warning light and pinging come back on, but not so quickly now. garage said there was no error codes on the diagnostics. They said maybe neen a new sensor on the reserve itself. They couldn't find the part and said have a look on eBay and they would fit it for free. Does anybody know if that would solve the problem or can suggest anything else? Also can you have too much brake fluid in it? It's hard to see where the level is. My fluid is quite high and can see it when I take the cap off.
