  1. Good news however she said to me 6 to 7 weeks about 3 weeks ago so fingers crossed that this is the case however I was not will to wait that long so I rejected the car and have now bought a Peugeot 3008 GT 70 plate which it just so happens arrives tomorrow ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Gentleman, Just a quick update on my vehicle, I have now had full refund from Pullman Skoda Durham, however because I had taken the car to another Skoda garage in Middlesbrough (After asking the Durham Garage) there stated they wanted to see the car after stating I will not drive the car an agreement was arranged however the sales manager then spoke to Skoda UK he then came back to me and offered me a full refund๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘Happy Days. I have now bought a Peugeot 3008 GT new shape.

Gentleman, A quick update I have rejected my car however the dealer who sold me now wants to see the car to try and fix it, after a discussion with Kate Laws I have allowed the the garage to view the car I have stated I will not drive the car and if there wish to view it there must arrange to have picked up from the Skoda Garage that there said I was able to take it to originally having spoke to Kate Laws today she has stated again that at this current time there do not have a fix for my problem. I am now awaiting a phone call because I now have to return my replacement car and pick up another one the garage I purchased the vehicle from. regards Eric

None of this been relaid to me, however I will be contacting the dealer tomorrow who is in Pullmans Durham to say I wish to reject the car I bought the car 15th March this year and notified them of the problem 1st or 2nd of April I was advised I could either take the car into them for a update or take it my local Skoda dealer in Middlesbrough which I did, the update obviously failed. I then recontacted Durham and asked the question what happens if their donโ€™t find a fix their did not know was the answer because their had never came across this problem before, this is when I then got in touch with Skoda and spoke with Kate Laws . I have now had a demonstrator car for the las ten days and have been told it has been extended until this Friday, I going to put a stop to this tomorrow and and reject the car. I part exchange a Ford Kuga ST Line which I I bought last February the day before my brother sadly passed away hence why I was getting rid to many memories I am now regretting doing this.

Gentleman, I am have the same problem my car has been in for over a week now and as many of said I am not prepared to wait much longer again have spoken with Kate Laws and have stated that I if all is not sorted by next Friday I will be rejecting the car. I am currently driving about in a Octavia SE 20 Plate which is not what I paid for I paid cash for my car so will not be waiting much longer. I have spoken with the sales manager at the garage who was unaware of any problems, well he is now, he is now going to speak to Kate Laws. Kate has been spot on however she did say it could 6 to 8 weeks to sort it out and as stated prior I am not waiting that long. Regards Eric

Gentleman Iโ€™ve have had my Mikva three weeks and have the same problem had the car in garage today I was told they are awaiting an update on the software and told me that their would contact when itโ€™s in having read some f you comments looks like I might be waiting some time have you any advice for me.
