Hi all I bought a used 68 plate Octavia 1.6 TDI last week. I have notice that the Accelerator pedal is sticky. When I put my foot to the floor, I would stay it gets sticky at about 95% of the way. I can then push it further past the 95 % mark. I am not sure if this is normal or not on a Octavia. Please see video below. So took it off and cleaned it. Same issue. It’s going back to garage to be fixed on Tuesday. Thanks for all the advice.

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes I can hear the pump working. Cant seen any wet patches in the boot . I will give it a clean in a bit and see what i can do. I will keep you updates

Hi all. I have just purchased a 68 plate Octavia TDI 1.6 SE. The back window washer jet does not seem to work. My front ones work ok. When I push the wiper stalk fully forward the wiper will engage but now liquid will come through. I also can’t see any jet outlet Is there any quick checks any one can suggest of that I can look at before asking the garage to fix it ?
